The Class 86 farewell
Saturday, 30th October, 2004

The 'one' organised railtour 'The Anglian Class 86 Farewell' took a top and tail pair of Class 86s on a tour of the region. Although the 86s will continue in service probably until the end of 2004 (indeed the train worked back to Norwich in service!) it was a good opportunity to see the old workhorses off it style.

A very 'lively' ride was had and a thoroughly enjoyable day was had by all. Full marks to the staff of 'One' for a top day.
