The 2005 Nene Valley Diesel Gala

Saturday, 17th September, 2005

The Nene Valley Railway annual diesel gala was held from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th September 2005. A number of locos from the home fleet were out to play along with some visitors from GB Rail freight and Freightliner.The two GBRf LEDs were employed on passenger workings but the Fred was used to stop the sun fading the track bed in Wans ford Station, handy!
Superb sunshine blessed the event and it was good to meet a few faces there.
