Day 1 - Cathiron

Monday, 23rd August, 2004

First port of call on the tour was Cathiron just outside Rugby. Sadly the weather was not on my side and I had to rush back to the car on a number of occasions. Missing blue 87001 in the process.

		82xxx leads a Euston bound service though Cathiron

		87019 brings up the rear

		66602 trundles light engine towards Nuneaton

		390003 northbound

		92036 with a freight

		82131 leading a Euston Bound Service

		With 87032 on the rear

		390042 heading north

		A freightliner convoy heads towards Rugby - 47829+90048+90050

		82111 on the rear

		An unexpected surprise, especially as I was walking back to the car, 60084 with the 6H55 Bletchley-Peak Forest empty RMC hoppers. Oddly running on a Monday as opposed to the usual Tuesday or Thursday.
